如果比較結構句型其中一個變因是在時間, 會寫成than it/they + 助/be 的結構，這時候的代名詞it/they指代對象要去找前面句子的主詞，也就是costs，不過這樣proportion和costs就沒有可比性. a proportion的確是half of the spending的同

我想再請問這題. 看了Ron & A2 的解釋 有些地方不是很懂. Ron說 A錯 是因為. it are "spending" and "the presidential campaign of 1992".. clearly, neither of these is an appropriate
