原因是note的發生時間一定晚於earn
所以應該要用過去完成式表示兩個時間關係
that claus中, the elephant是主詞, had been earning是動詞
另外,giving rides...Zoo,是省略關代改成的Ving結構, 修飾逗號前面的elephant
但答案是(A)
