本土台灣人的自治法源
美國對台灣自治（autonomy）的強烈支持
(Strong United States support for Taiwan autonomy)
台灣不是已經有憲法、有民代，有政府、有法院、有軍隊、不是已經民選總統了嗎?
為何美國不支持台灣獨立而是強烈支持台灣的自治?
因為台灣的這個政府是從中國來的，不是被佔領方本土台灣人民的政府!
是依據 roc 的憲法而來，他是佔領方的政府，本土台灣人民從來沒有自己的政府，
這次 330 的學運展現了被佔領方人民的高度自治能力，美國看到了，
美國回應了 Strong United States support for Taiwan autonomy
(美國對台灣自治（autonomy）的強烈支持)，
因此，這場學運的不是改革的問題，因為這是自治的開治，
這也不是革命的問題，因這是自治的運動。

美國與西班牙的關係幺如同美國與其他國家的關係一樣幺美國與西班牙停戰幺並
簽署巴黎條約後幺美國把古巴當作被美國征服的領域幺但針對美國與古巴之間的關係而言
幺基於古巴居民的福祉幺把該島交付管轄給予美國幺古巴居民才是將來
實質的所有人幺如果古巴人透過自主行動幺建立穩定政府後幺美國將歸還古巴專
屬管轄權。

第三、召開公民自治憲政會議。

因為當前的政府已經喪失了根本的統治正當性。roc 從來未沒有取得台灣的統治適格!?
Because the incumbent government has already lost its fundamental validity of

只有由公民的發起邀請 由公民的發起邀請台灣的各界政治與社會的代表，組織被佔領方
的自治政府。
It is only by initiating a constitutional conference by citizens, and
inviting the representatives in politics and society
才有能力在現在的僵局中開創新的歷史，解決現在的困境。
That we are able to fix the problem, and make new history!
