文章的重點在說，修改協定的條文並不會影響台灣國際形象，也不會因為這樣就影響跟美國的關係，或是影響加入國際貿易組織。

馬政府只能怪自己，協商的時候沒有透明化，沒有審核程序，當大家要他負責時，完全忽略大眾的聲音，而且還用恐嚇的方式阻止。
