[問卷]找尋與台灣女生結婚的外籍男生
大家好，我是國立陽明大學的研究生，
目前協助衛生署進行新住民的問卷調查，
對象主要為新住民，由於目前主要缺少男性新住民的部分(外籍人士與台灣女性結婚者)
調查方式：填寫問卷(郵寄或電子郵件皆可)
主要了解新住民來台的語言、適應情形、菸酒的行為及用藥的認知、態度部分為主
，進行現況的了解及統計，有助於未來相關政策之制定。
◎問卷中不需留下個人姓名及資料，不會有資料外洩問題。
◎每份問卷填寫完畢，會寄回150元之全家禮卷，答謝您的用心填寫。
◎介紹者每介紹一位朋友填寫，亦會寄出100元禮卷感謝您!

Method of investigation：Fill in the questionnaire

◎We collaborate with Food and Drug Administration, to investigate the health
of foreign immigrants in Taiwan.
We intend to investigate personal experience on smoking, drinking and drug
use to help set up suitable policy!
◎All filled questionnaire remain anonymous and confidential!
◎When we receive the questionnaire, we’ll mail NT 150 of Family Mart coupon
for costing your time filling it up!
