[請益] ib 美股收購問題已刪文
前幾天無意間看到自己的股票GME,公司要回購自己的股票，內容大致是這樣
--ameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME)today announced its plan to launch a “modified D
utch auction” tender offer to purchase up to 12,000,000 shares of its Class A
common stock, par value $0.001 per share (“Common Stock”), at a cash purcha
se price of not greater than $6.00 and not less than $5.20 per share (the “Pu
rchase Price”).ꀠOn June 7, 2019, the closing price of the Common Stock was $
5.02 per share.ꀠThe tender offer is expected to commence tomorrow, June 11, 2
019, and to expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City Time, on July 10, 2019, unless
the offer is extended.
之前看到股票部分收購可以在ib的corporate action點選參加收購，可是為什麼我ib帳戶
裡面，corporate action沒有參加收購可點選呢？
