[請益] CHTR換交易所而無法交易?
我有一檔股票代號是CHTR
今天突然發現他似乎改換交易所至VALUE?
而且無法賣掉@@
因為IB提示我

看起來是因交易無法被確認而無法交易
有人知道是發生甚麼事情了嗎@@?
