Position: Securities Operations Specialist
Job Descriptions:
The role primarily involves on the operational activities in related to
business support, including account opening, trade processing, securities
settlements and payments, trade and holdings reconciliations, regulatory &
client reporting. The role also responses to support the local/regional
front desks, middle offices and client services areas to ensure trades
matched for settlements and proper account data management.
Requirements:
§ University graduate
§ With 0-1 year of working experience
§ Securities Personnel License is required (or, obtain the license
within probation period); Futures Personnel License is a plus
§ Detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
§ Good skillset of MS Office ; Good Excel VBA knowledge is a plus
§ Good command of English
§ Good communication and interpersonal skills
