I have met Sandy 3-4 times on the road,but not you .
I think maybe I can tell something good(?) for you.
You swim hard ,but can't swim well.
It's meaningless, if you spend so much time learning swimming ,
but can't survive yourself in the sea for at least 30mins .
Maybe,it's coach's fault, my experience cant help you much.
You should get better or professional suggestion.
Do remember the Basic Principle,
-listen to yourself and feel the water.
Water is your friend ,just like Pressure.
If the Authority (coach here) cant help you, try to find another way out.
Just like people do in other field,so as to your University Life.
