[問題] 請問慢跑前的熱身操
我最近才開始練習慢跑,
原本以為我會喘不過氣跑不下去
但是想不到竟然是小腿腫脹感導致我後來每一步都好痛
回家後有拉筋所以隔天都不會太酸痛,
我查了資料應該是我熱身不夠
但是請問有沒有推薦的熱身運動咧?
我做的熱身運動是弓箭步拉筋,前後左右都有拉,
然後中等速度走操場一兩圈,
這樣才開始跑,但是感覺還是不夠阿>"<
是不是有其他比較適合慢跑的熱身咧???還是我熱身時間應該要拉得更長一點??
我超想克服小腿脹痛的問題的>"< 請教教我謝謝~~
