[增重] 有氧的比例要怎麼控制?

三餐內容
早餐:500cc 調味乳/米漿/豆漿 一瓶
午餐/晚餐: 1. 一般便當 3樣配菜(都選青菜類)+一個主菜(排骨/叉燒/油雞/燒鴨/雞腿)
2. 三商巧福牛肉麵/牛腱麵
3. 麥當勞6號餐
4. 小七便當(780K) + 比菲多一瓶
零食: 每天不定時會吃一包鹹餅乾 + 一瓶飲料 (500cc-700cc甜飲)
其他: 有時候消夜會吃女朋友
日常作息時間: 晚上11:00-12:00之間睡,白天7:30-8:00起床
生活型態: 菸酒生
運動習慣: 每周四次重量訓練 + 一次30分鐘游泳/健身車/跑步 + 一次心肺訓練
我的問題:
我要怎麼樣才能變得更胖呢?因為實際上食慾並不是特別好,早餐除
了冰涼或常溫的流質物以外都難以下嚥,開始重訓以後體脂狂降,肋骨已
經越來越明顯了,體重也總是在57、58之間徘徊,一點胖的跡象都沒有。
那我到底該不該把有氧運動拿掉呢?還是說有什麼地方要改進的?才
可以不要再這樣瘦下去了呢?
