(4) If you want to have 95% probability that the project will be completed time 16, how much ahead you must move your starting time? 五、One of the severs at WebServe Inc. goes on and down too often from hour to hour. The current situation is that if the server is on this hour, it has a 30% chance goes down next hour. If it is down this hour, it has a 20% still down next hour. Use simulation method to determine how often the server is down.
