Ramos, who was batting cleanup, went 0-for-3 with a strikeout before being pulled. If the report is true, it's another brutal blow for the 26-year-old, who has struggled to stay healthy during his career. He appeared primed for a breakout season, but now fantasy owners will have to wait.
