3B Pablo Sandoval is a suspect in a sexual assault case. A woman named him in
a complaint, according to authorities in Santa Cruz, Calif. It allegedly
occurred Thursday night at a hotel, and Lt. Fred Plageman of the Santa Cruz
Sheriff's Office said Sandoval was questioned and was not arrested or
detained. Eric Geffon, Sandoval's attorney, said the incident was a
"consensual, personal relationship of a sexual nature."
