Casey Blake will be sidelined for "at least" four weeks after undergoing
surgery on his infected left elbow on Friday.
He will be in a sling for the next 10 days, meaning the earliest he's likely
to be cleared for any baseball activities is two weeks.
His injury is forcing a Dodger team that was already playing Jamey Carroll
every day to make Aaron Miles its primary second baseman.
