kevent notes implementation

Hello,

   I was looking the code of kqueue(2)/kevent(2), also the manual
pages.

   Is there any reason why NOTE_OPEN, NOTE_CLOSE and NOTE_READ aren't
implemented yet.

   What may be considered in these KNOTEs implementation?
