Incorrect links on http://www.freebsd.org/docproj/doc-set.html

Hello (again),

While browsing around the site, I've come across a few quirks that are 
no doubt due to the recent site overhaul.

Namely, on /docproj/doc-set.html, there are links that go to 
/docs.html#books and /docs.html#articles, which are now incorrect.  The 
correct links should now be /docs/books.html (for both).
