  Forced commit to note that Warren Block (wblock) is now released
  from mentorship for doc+www, and now only needs to get approval
  for src+doc commits.

  Warren has been sending doc+www patches for several months now,
  and their quality has been constantly improving, and lately did
  not require anything more than a cursory check from us.
