If you follow the full procedure at
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/books/porters-handbook/security-notify.html you
won't get warnings (unless there are actual problems). It's likely that
you missed installing the ancillary ports that are needed to make the
validation work (which is what happened to me the first time I started
messing with this, and is what prompted me to improve the docs).
