When trying to build PANDABOARD ARMv6 kernel, but without making:
cd /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/dtc && make install
separately, build of the kernel fails with message that 'dtc' command doesn't exist.
Either 'dtc' should be included in a build && install world stages, or Makefile should be modified to inform user how one can get 'dtc' command.
