不說你絕對不知道（事實上我也不知道），FIFA早在2006年就成立了政風委員會
（Ethics Commission），但是似乎沒有發揮作用不說，現在其中之一的創始成員，
來自德國的律師大人Guenter Hirsch (67) 據傳也因為不滿政風委員會完全不作為，
加上2018 & 2022世界盃競標期間有關FIFA貪污的傳聞不斷，
Hirsch先生選擇離開FIFA政風委員會（！！！），而且
他在寫給政風主委Claudio Sulser的信中如此寫道：
「近幾週以來發生的事情讓外界產生FIFA決策高層對違反政風規定
不作為、不避免、不處罰的三不印象。」(￣□￣|||)
（"The events of the past few weeks have raised and strengthened
the impression that responsible persons in Fifa have no real interest
in playing an active role in resolving, punishing and avoiding violations
against ethic regulations of Fifa"）

但是這次FIFA有話說了：
「Hirsch先生只參與過2006年10月FIFA政風委員會成立後的第一次會議，
之後我們雖然都有邀請他繼續參與委員會運作，但是他都沒出席。」(￣﹁￣||)
