[閒聊] 穩定情緒的音樂消失
念書,要能夠念的下去,記得住
很重要就是要情緒穩定,不要有壓力
因為壓力 情緒,都會使得海馬迴縮小
而海馬迴又是記憶很重要的一個地方
因此,保持心情愉快,非常重要。

2.gregorian chant 葛利果聖歌
網路上都找的到,但還是推薦大家買
