怎麼準備才能事半功倍? 莊富程:樹狀記憶+讀六休一
莊富程為全職考生,不同於其他考生長時間苦讀,準備公職期間,他每周放假1天,其餘6
天讀書,每天下午仍有1小時放鬆時光。搭配早睡早起規律作息,利用精神狀態最佳時準
備考公職,事半功倍。
「把握最好的讀書精神」,莊富程說,以他自身來說,早晨是精神最好的時光,最能吸收
讀書內容,他選擇早睡早起,晚上9點半後,就不再念書,隔日早起再念。
他也著重讀書效率,每當下午疲累,就去散步或聊天,轉移自己注意力,避免過度沉溺於
負面情緒,休息半小時至一小時後,再回來念書,就感到精力充沛。
莊富程說,每周放假休息一天剛剛好,不僅可稍放鬆,但不要休息超過兩天,讀書節奏會
亂掉。他建議考生,讓自己熟悉每天讀書時間,成為一個良好的讀書循環。
「弱點在申論題」,莊富程分析自身,對於申論題,他幾乎很難拿分,為了加強,他利用
早上精神最佳時段,重複練習、背誦相關條文,下午休息後最佳讀書時間,也用於練習申
論題。
針對行政法、國籍與戶政法規概要、移民法規概要等過去不熟悉的法律科目,他謹守樹枝
狀記憶,搭配練習大量考古題。
莊富程認為,不要浪費時間聽錄音,把時間拿來讀書和休息較實在,著重於自身吸收,比
不停重複聽取、背誦更重要。
另外,莊富程也坦言,準備公職過程,確實很難熬,自己補習、讀書,幾乎沒任何交際圈
,甚至感到無力,有時還想著這種生活到底要過多久,但只要睡一覺,就能轉換心情。
莊富程提醒考生,適時休息,才能走更遠的路。考前他選擇休息一段時間,最後才趕緊背
個法條壓壓驚,背到深夜11點才睡覺,他勉勵所有考生,堅持到底、相信自己。
