其實,秘訣在於將沙包上肩就可以簡單通過了,
千萬不能抱著沙包跑,這樣難跑又秏體力,力量不足就gg了
只要練舉重的挺舉動作就好,剩下的時間練深蹲跟跑步,
方法正確的話,讓一個體重大於40公斤的女生來練,三個月時間綽綽有餘
但....若您的體重不小心低於40的話,可能會比較辛苦一點,
可能就要從增重及搭配飲食著手,但半年應該也是可以練起來
反正就當運動讓身體健康,不用練到肌肉長多大,
這根本就是可以輕鬆辦到的事
結論,這不是擋女條款,是擋懶條款
