100年考上台鐵機械佐級,那時發現每天像伏地挺身姿勢將身體撐高離地,時間1min ,
再休息10分鐘,等體力恢復,再測一次握力,握力會增加一些,體檢時,
靠這個過關,有需要的人,可以試試。
當然,如果能連續作20次伏地挺身後,撐地1min 效果會更好。
