[問題] 警特體能測驗 單槓的問題
事情是這樣的,小弟今年有報考警察特考,運氣好有通過筆試.
之前考完的時候,覺得不會上(因為對完選擇答案錯很大),
就沒想太多,直接準備接下來其他的考試,
導致都沒有在訓練體測的項目@@
一直到26日禮拜一,收到成績單,嚇一跳竟然通過了....
馬上開始練習,但是卻發現在單槓這個項目,我一下都拉不起來...
大概只能上槓後維持5-10秒(就手抓住單槓腳離地),沒辦法拉上去.
自己練習了快一個禮拜(禮拜一到今天),結果還是維持現狀,一點進步都沒有QQ
我的練習方式就一直用手吊在上面,撐不住就下來,休息一下在吊上去,這樣反覆.
一天大概這樣用10-15分鐘巴...
所以想請問版上有經驗的考生,我的方法是不是錯了,還是練不夠久.

像我身高178體重78 有啤酒肚QQ 一天在大要做幾下,重量要拉多少呢?
順便在問一下版上有練習的大大,例如我傍晚要去跑步練習等等,
要先吃完飯在去,還是去回來在吃,哪種會比較好呢@@
最後在問一個,像我這樣的情況,剩30天,還有機會嗎QQ
方便的話可以,能給一點建議嗎QQ
