[閒聊] 如何保持精神良好有效率念書?
如題目所言
昨晚0030睡覺,早上四點半起來真的睡不著 ...,只好起來念書,後來又去慢跑,
回來吃早點之後,練個英文聽力後就開始呈現頭腦昏睡的狀態,剛才寫飛行原理考古題
也是昏睡,想跑去小憩,也睡不找,也有吃東西....
求解..原因到底是?
