Yesterday I took a half day off.
After taking a rest, I found that I made some big mistakes.
Take Kevin for example, he is my colleague that comes with Kate on the same
day of my on board day.
We're under the same department. But he's the international sales specialist.
Kate and I are OM. (operation assistant)
On Tuesday, I told Kevin that his job is not easy due to the reasons as follows:
1. The sales target is high
2. The territory has some barriers
3. We're under a situation in which females are more aggressive than males
4. Kevin talks in a graceful way like middle class (or upper level)
5. Honest is the best policy
My senior mentor sits beside him and we don't have barrier between our seats.
So my female mentor knows what I said.
I feel embarrassed to our mentor, Sharon 'cuz she is really nice.
She taught us for 3 days on taining and she didn't conceal some facts.
Therefore, I think that I made a big mistake to intrude our mentor, Sharon.
Sharon is a mother and she takes efforts on working, dedicated herself on
work. I feel great!
She is a nice helper of Sandy, our manager.
I am really irrational and childish.(白目)
Maybe I should try to keep amd maintain the abundant connotation although
I am without wisdom.
I have no idea about how to behalf myself.
Anyway, relax and add oil!
