[Talk] Bully.消失
I have to say....
Frankly speaking, when I work for the USA eletronics corporation in NeiHu
dist., Taipei, the colleagues would bully the new staff.
Take my immediate manager for example, she is not the manager, but
she too much focused on her job so that she bullies the new staff
that is not under her or maybe a little bit under her.
She threatens the colleague in HK warehouse not to provide the Export
Declaration to me because I am the new flesh with limited ability.
But as you know, indeed I am the one that understands what the Export
Declaration says and what it means.
Since I used to be an international salesperson when I worked for the dental
equipment corp., the technology corp., and the textile corp.,
I am well noted of the Export Declaration.
Therefore, you can imagine what I am confronted at that time when I
was doing the work in the USA electronics corporation.
She's doing her job too close and too concentrated.
Maybe that's her job to dig so deep into the work, but not me.
She threatens the HK colleague in order not to provide the Export Declaration
for my reference, so she's strange.
I don't know why but I warned 7 to leave early by emails although he might
decide to develope his career path there.
USA electronics corporaiton is a very competing place to stay I might say.
But the work environment is really beautiful and gorgeous.
You might to understand that the mother corp. in ChungHe dist. may
build a whole new place for the son corp. in NeiHu dist.
Anyway, I have left the USA elecronice corporation and I hope that
7 can be very doing well.
Hopefully he is great with full health and wealth.
I have to say, the USA corporation gives high pay but tortures.
