[Talk] Hungry
Since I back to Kaohsiung for a week, i have not been full in any meal
Why........
Because I am dieting to lose weight
The weather in Kaohsiung is crazy hot, i sweat every day and every moment
In the morning, after 8:30, the temperature outside will be too hot to jog,
although i can not exercise in this temperature for a long time,
i still jog every morning. In the afternoon ,after 6:00,
it is the best time to jog agian.
Today is the 7th day i have been dieting.
I lose 2kgs in a week.
The result is not bad
I will keep dieting.
But today, I am going to have some sushi for lunch...hahaha
is there anyone want to join me :)
