I heard this joke from my friend.

There was a guy in an American restaurant.
He needed some service from the waitress.You know something like
asking for tissue paper or a glass of water ..etc.
The waitress was too busy to see him waving at her.
Therefore the guy got angry. He yelled at the manager, but
he didn't know how to express this due to his poor English.
Then he said, "What is wrong with your waitress ? I kept fingering her
but she didn't come".
