You could try LiveMocha http://cn.livemocha.com/ It's a website for learning new languages and searching for language exchange partners. There are basic courses for free. Also has advance services if you are willing to pay for it. I haven't visit the website for quite a long time, since I had some friends who I met on the website chat with me on MSN.
