[Ask ] how to get over something bad
I've got a bunch of cliches like "always see the bright side of things"
or "tomorrow is a brand-new day" to get rid of the bad thing. You know,
it works temporarily not permanently, and it's sort of hiding something.
Actually, the bad thing is sticking in my mind and it just happened again
today. I feel down right now because of my bad luck. But why? I totally have
no idea about such feeling because I used to be done with the thing
and got rid of it. Just a lot of questions are coming out of my brain.
Maybe I just wanna have an answer to know how to get over something exactly.
