[Talk] Bad landlord
I rent a suite for 5300 NTD per month. before i signed the lease, I had told
the landlord I couldn't sign a long-term lease. it was because I didnt have a
stable job. The landlord agree to sign a monthly lease. At the end of the
first month, I received an offer I longed for from a company located in other
city. It was about 50 minutes commute to my new company and I decided to move.
I told the landlord my decision and return the keys of the suite. I didn't
get back my deposit immediately for some reason. the landload said she would
deposit the money into my back account once she inspect the suite without
issue....I was convinced...shit.
finally, I didnt get back all my money. She said it was too late to let her
know I didnt extend the period of rental. She fined me for rental of 3 days.
