[Mind] exercise
To lead a regular, healthy life, I think people need to do exercise
every now and then. In other words, sometimes if you don't exercise so
often, it may be hard for you to sleep well. A good sleep cannot only
bring you an energetic day, it also does good to your health.
On the other hand, you can make more new good friends by taking exercise,
which is one of the fastest ways to get acquainted with one another.
