[Ask ] How to exactly improve English speaking ?

I am a liitle good at pronouncing, reading, writing. But to the speaking, I am poor at this part of entire English learning!So how could I to enhance this part.Although I knew "pratice" continously is one way to reach, but there is not enough opportunities to practice currently.
