Today, more and more college students take a part-time job now, and
employers also prefers part-time job rather than full-time workers because they
are energetic and do assignments cautiously. Whether or not a college student
take a part-time job has been an issue for a long time among college students.
Some people approve this idea because they can gain experience in life, while
other people hold the opposite perspective because they are still students in
college where they can do worthier things.
To view part-time job at its positive side, it's without doubt that
it's a mean for students which they can gain experiences out of textbooks.
Those part-time job takers need to get in touch with someone who are working in
society, and they can understand a little more about the society through giving
services to all kinds of people. Through fulfilling all of thier assignments,
they can learn and derive many different ways of thinging. Moreover, they can
gain some kinds of skills and techniques which they want to learn, and earn
some money for satisfying their material desires. They can train themselves to
live on their own without their parents support and have the preliminary
understanding of living in adulthood.
However, the disadvantages of taking a part-time job are no less than
its advantages. The most apparent one is that they will lost a lot of their
time for learning expertises. Now all the students have come into a new
generation that all kinds of knowledges burst the world, and the division of
is much more specialized. The deprivation of much of their time really reduces
their fruit of learning to the least. Besides, we can see that taking a
prart-time job is just like dealing with some trivial assignments in a negative
point of view. Almost all activities students can partake in are much worthier
than things in part-time jobs. It's only a waste of time. Few students who have
greater aspiration and determination want to take a part-time job.
In conclusion, everything has its good and bad side, and taking a
part-time job is no exception. Whether or not a student take a part-time job is
his or her decision. When we are thing about whether or not to take a part-time
job before a long vacation, it's better to take all kinds of aspects into
consideration, such as what the work is, how much payment it is after taking
it, and the like. And if one tries take a part-time job, he needs to keep in
mind that don't spend to much time on it and forget the duty of learning for
an expertise.
