[請益] 求助！怪異的現在進行式用法
大家好，
想請教大家一個現在進行式的用法，
小弟常常在文章或影片看到明明有現在簡單式即可的句子，卻用了現在進行式，如下：
You have to be paying attention in the first place if you ever want to recall
that information.
為何這邊不用have to pay attention 就好了呢？
這邊使用進行式有何特殊意義嗎？
