在一篇日韓關係惡化的文章中 有一段在說金正恩試射飛彈 Over the past few weeks he has tested new weapons which analysts say are designed to foil reginal missile-defence systems... 第二行中的 foil 在文中要怎麼理解比較好呢？ foil的動詞有: 擋開、使挫敗，但是放到文中， 好像不是很順。 原文: https://i.imgur.com/3r3ufTG.jpg
