虽然我们掌握了「W」不合规的申请Fox合格供应商，
但在避免惊动、泄露消息的情况下，仍在持续依照付款条件付款中。

几个主要问题如下：
一、在假设L违反了社内规定，直接向事务负责人指示向O下采购单的情况下；
1、他以F购入Glass Material-Nanoceram 的理由为何？
2、F购入Glass Material-Nanoceram 是否为代购性质？

of F?

二、在「W」申请Fox合格供应商时，XXX先生为该公司CFO；
1、有无需要XXX先生出面进行说明？也许他明白内部状况。.
2、在确保假扣押可以顺利执行后，是否需让L说明清楚？
