For me, you are perfect, 這兩句話的to me 跟 for me, 意義上有什麼差別？

In short, "to me" is like 就我的看法,
"for me" is like 給我 or 對我來說.
In this context, "to me" is better when it comes at the
*beginning* of the sentence, "for me" is better when you add it
at the *end*.
