對我來說report算授予動詞。

如果我按照這句

把第二句改成
He was澑eported沲or having made an important discovery.ꀊ
那report意思是不是就變成檢舉了呢？
還是第二句也可以這樣改？

一樣都是報導一個是及物一個是不及物，why?
及物
④They澑eported濳he movements of the enemy troops to the headquarters.L們向
司令部報告了敵軍的動向。
不及物動詞
報告；報導[（+on/from）]
⑤He澑eported漑n the whole event to the vice premier.L把整個事件向副總理作了
匯報。
這句on有必要嗎？跟第四句我覺得很像耶
