Article 3
The terms used in the present Act are defined as follows:
1. Nationals: Nationals who reside in the Taiwan Area, have their permanent r
esidence registered at a household registry and have the nationally of the Rep
ublic of china (hereafter to be called the State), or nationals who reside in
the Taiwan Area and have no the nationally of the State.
疑問：為何使用...have the [ nationally ] of the Republic of china.而不是...hav
e the [ nationality ] of the Republic of china?
2. Airports and seaports: The airports and seaports by the Executive Yuan as t
he ports of arrival and departure.
疑問：這句話沒有動詞，正確嗎?
