[請益] 這句子是指全部還是只有一個？
有個句子是
Mr. Springare went on to list the first names of the people
he said were suspects, all but one of which were traditionally
Middle Eastern.
all but的意思是在這裡的意思是almost completely嗎？
這句意思是「除了一個名字其他都是中東人的姓」嗎？
還是反過來，「只有一個名字是中東人的姓」呢？
