[求譯] 一些估價單用法

因為最近突然被請求翻譯估價單... 我英文也2266，用一些基本字跟外國人溝通還可但是商用英文的詞彙跟用法實在是都不熟所以就上網GOOGLE了一些用法勉強翻了出來，但為避免錯誤所以想上來請教一各位幫忙看一下翻譯... 原文 1. 付款方式：訂貨時需先給付30%訂金，製作完成時給付第二期款30%，交貨完成10日內給付第三期款30%，驗收後10日內付清尾款10%。 2. 交貨方式：FOB 臺灣高雄港，並依照Incoterms 2010的內容來規範。 3. 交貨期：訂單成立後120個工作天內出貨。 4. 報價有效期限：以上報價有效期限15天 5. 此報價含安裝、教育訓練；唯安裝人員/工程人員/教育訓練人員之食宿、機票等費用由甲方支付。以下是我自己翻的 1. Payment terms : 30% down payment, 30% second installment (when system completely manufactured) 30% third installment (Within 10 days after receipt of consignment), the balance of 10% (Within 10 days after final acceptance). 2. Delivery terms : Incoterms 2010, FOB Kaohsiung, Taiwan. 3. Delivery time : Within 120 days after confirmation of order (30% down payment). 4. Validity : Within 15 days from the issue date. 5.
