請問高手們一個英文觀念問題

我有懂dare的用法

dare可以當一般動詞
dare也可以當情態動詞(modal verb)(類似助動詞)
當動詞時候的例句：
問句：
1.
Do you dare to say no to him? (口語上，to可以省略)
(你敢跟他說不嗎？)
2.
Does he dare to accept the challenge?
(他敢接受挑戰嗎？)
肯定句：
1.
I dare to say no to him.
(我敢跟他說不。)
2.
He dares to accept the challenge.
(他敢接受挑戰。)
否定句：
1.
I don't dare to say no to him.
(我不敢跟他說不。)
2.
He doesn't dare to accept the challenge.
(他不敢接受挑戰。)
當情態動詞時候的例句：
問句：
1.
Dare you say no to him?
(你敢跟他說不嗎？)
2.
Dare he accept the challenge?
(他敢接受挑戰嗎？)
肯定句：
1.
I dare say no to him.
(我敢跟他說不。)
2.
He dare accept the challenge.
(他敢接受挑戰。)
否定句：
1.
I dare not say no to him.
(我不敢跟他說不。)
2.
He dare not accept the challenge.
(他不敢接受挑戰。)

我的問題是
「我敢不跟他說不」要怎麼翻？
「他敢不接受挑戰」要怎麼翻？
如果一定要用dare翻
我不會翻

字典有說
肯定的時候可以用 not be afraid 取代
I am not afraid not to say no to him. (這樣有翻對嗎？)
He is not afraid not to accept the challenge. (這樣有翻對嗎？)
請知道的人指教一下
請問這種情況例如：「我敢不跟他說不」
能用dare直接翻嗎？
還是英文不用dare講這種話
反而用not be afraid 取代
還有
我的not be afraid的兩個例句有翻對嗎？
