[文法] 幾題文法問題

a.of b.if c.about d.with
答案是b,但是我很困惑...這到底是什麼文法?是which if 省略嗎?而且感覺是被動式
為甚麼不用有be動詞?
2.The Department of the Treasury thinks it ____ to closely inspect the
financial reports of banks to prevent further deterioration of the economy.
a.necessary b.necessity c.necessarily d.necessitate
答案是a,但是主詞和形容詞之間不用加be動詞嗎?感覺是題目少打
3.Managers ____ to come up with some ideas on the current market situation.
Please note that you do not have to come up with any definitive solution.
a.advised b.have advised c.are advised d.were advised
答案是c,我原先也寫c,但是後面那句你"到現在還沒想出來",不是表示
"被要求solution"是發生在過去嗎?所以就改成d就錯了.
