本研究主要探討青年的內外控人格特質、就業力與職涯自我管理的相互關聯性，以及個人
感受工作不安全感對內外控人格特質、就業力與職涯自我管理調節效果。本研究以19歲至
29歲間在職青年為對象，採用問卷調查法，採立意抽樣，共回收404份有效問卷，並藉由
AMOS及SPSS統計軟體進行檢驗。經統計分析後，研究結果發現：
The purpose of the study was to realize associations among locus of control,
employability and career self-management of the young, and the mediating
effects of one’s job insecurity on locus of control, employability and
career self-management.
In this study, the researcher used questionnaire investigation（survey） and
purposive sampling to collect 404 valid questionnaires from the youth worker
whose ages are between nineteen and twenty-nine years old. The data of
questionnaires had been processed for statistical analysis under the “SPSS”
and “AMOS” statistics packaging software. The conclusions of study are as
following:
