[文法] 定冠詞及have跟has的文法問題
請問冠詞 the之後是否可以接複數名詞？
例如：This picture in your passport doesn't fit the regulations.
句子中的the regulation為什麼要加"s"呢？
另想請問句子：The flight doesn't have any vacancies.
does是使用在第三人稱單數，為什麼後面是接have而不是 has呢？
