[請益] 寫作 句子間 轉折語問題
最近因為考試要練習寫作
想請問
以下是第一句和第二句
中間要放什麼轉折語呢
第一句
In modern days, the pursuit of happiness is of considerably importance
for human beings.
第二句
It is a highly heated issue whether money and fame can bring happiness
to our lives.
請問這兩句 要用 thus 還是 however 比較好 因為中文翻譯都很順
幸福很重要 因此 金錢名聲能否帶來幸福是很爭議的話題

但是因為第三句以後會提到 有些人認為可以從金錢 獲得幸福 有些人則否
進而引出我的觀點 並進行論述
所以如果直接加however 會很奇怪嘛
